The hotel was brand-new, spent my time lovely here. I asked for double room with a sofa bed, an electronic key card, and a work desk, it was brand-new. Everyone was pleasant and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location was marvellous and stunning, overlooking garden. You could walk to a night market and a bazaar.

I had a great experience at Grand Vista Hotel Chiangrai-Sha Extra Plus during my one-night stay. the room was spacious and truly impressive, complete with a private bathroom. I appreciated the clean bed, private safe, mini-bar, and electronic key card. the location was exceptional, right next to the two largest shopping centers in Chiang Rai. My time at the hotel was enjoyable, and I would definitely love to return in the future.

The location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from Lewes Priory Park. the bus stop is conveniently located 500 metres away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with shopping centers within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy and breakfast staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big king size bed that I absolutely loved. The pool was great for the kids, not too deep and right outside our room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food at dinner was delicious. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was good with a decent variety. , the location was great for exploring the city, close to the shopping center and night markets. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and pillows.

The staff seemed disinterested in helping with anything and were always on their phones. I had a problem with the air conditioning and they didn't seem to care, it took them hours just to come and take a look.

From the hotel facilities to the attentiveness of the staff, this hotel checked all the boxes for me. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good variety and the waiting staff were attentive. Additionally, the hotel's transportation was convenient, whether it be the free shuttle to the night market or the option to use ride services. Lastly, the hotel offered great facilities such as a pool, massage, and beauty salon.

This hotel offers exceptional service. the staff, including the manager, are polite and friendly. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with king size beds and awesome pillows. the breakfast is top-notch with so much variety to suit every traveler. the location is great, with the 2 biggest shopping centres within walking distance; and if you fancy a night out, there are some hidden bars and nightclubs located around 1-2 kilometers from the hotel. You can even hire a motorbike direct from the hotel for sightseeing.

Some guests have complained about insect bites on the bed.

It was nice to have a swimming pool and a shuttle service to the market. the hotel location was close to the mall and a supermarket. the room was elegant and spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary drink and fruit basket. the breakfast was diverse and had something for everyone. the spa service was also top-notch.

The bed was spacious and comfortable, with a pristine bathtub nearby. The rain shower provided hot water. Conveniently located within walking distance of Big C and Central Festival. Unfortunately, spa availability was limited, but will try again next time.
